My memory* of the elevators that there are two, one up near the restaurant/cafe area and the other closer to the cabins. They are pretty small so will be very crowded when disembarking. So I suggest using the adjacent stairs. Using the ferries and just in Croatia is one of our favorite travels. And this is blog is one of the sources we relied on to make the trip better.

Hi Matthew!

I definitely remember there being an elevator ON the ferry itself. I remember, because we were in the elevator and it opened to the men’s choir and I will never forget the surprise I felt at that moment! It’s been a few years, though, and for the life of me I can’t remember what it was like boarding the boat itself. I can’t imagine that there would be anything but a ramp to get onboard – there were tons of people with roller bags, roller coolers, etc. I think it’s safe to guess that there is a ramp to get onto the boat, and then hopefully the elevator on the ferry is operational.

hi this info is super valuable to me as im taking this ferry from Montenegro to Italy. just one other question if you dont mind, were there stairs or an elevator to get from the boat boarding ramp to your room on the ferry? thanks a lot, ill be traveling with a lot of luggage so for me i need to know how ill be moving it before i get there, thanks a lot. Somehow I landed on your blog and we’ve been traveling for a couple of week in Croatia. Loved our week in Zagreb. I wanted to thank you for the tip on Villa Sviza in Split. It was by far the best meal we’ve had on this trip. Tomorrow on our way to Dubrovnik for a week and then a day in Krka before returning to Zagreb and flying out to Portugal. Glad I found your blog. Just thought you’d like to know the restaurant is still there and it’s still great.
