Somehow I landed on your blog and we’ve been traveling for a couple of week in Croatia. Loved our week in Zagreb. I wanted to thank you for the tip on Villa Sviza in Split. It was by far the best meal we’ve had on this trip. Tomorrow on our way to Dubrovnik for a week and then a day in Krka before returning to Zagreb and flying out to Portugal. Glad I found your blog. Just thought you’d like to know the restaurant is still there and it’s still great.

My first trip abroad was to Hungary. Hope you get to Debrcen and Saraspatek. Not sure of the spelling. Saraspatek is where the castle is where the phrase “sub rosa” originated! The are both beautiful!
